FAQ
We offer worldwide shipping! Tracking numbers for most orders will be provided in a separate email once your item ships. If you order multiple items please note they may arrive separately.
Orders will be processed and shipped out from our printing partners. For most orders, you will receive a tracking number via email once the order is shipped out.
Shipping time takes approximately One to Four weeks depending on if its shipped within the U.S or international. Please note that these are only Estimates and your shipment could differ.
Returns
All sales are final on all items. Unfortunately we do not take returns or exchanges.
Refunds & Replacements (if applicable):
Please make sure your order is correct before placing it, we do not offer cancellations or exchanges due to incorrect orders.
Replacements are only available on damaged or missing books upon arrival (scheduled arrival). Customer must contact us within 2 business days of receiving the item with photo evidence of damaged goods.
We are NOT responsible for incorrect addresses given by the customer or packages stolen after delivery. If the tracking number shows the package was delivered, the responsibility falls on the customer.
For Courses and Sessions:
Due to the nature of the work being service and teaching work, there are no refunds. If for any reason, or an emergency arises, during the course of completing your courses we will offer one transfer of your course for you to begin again at a later time. We take the work seriously, and cannot offer a certificate of completion and teacher spotlight on Youniviersal Meditation until the specified course is successfully completed. If you have any additional questions please let us know prior to course enrollments.
For Books:
